PropFinder Review for December 2025
PropFinder is a browser-based player prop research platform that focuses on major US sports, helping users make informed betting decisions. While PropFinder is not the first sports betting tool with a focus on player prop research, it elevates player prop research to a new level. Instead of relying solely on hit rates or other superficial, easy-to-understand but not actionable information, PropFinder excels by providing prop bettors with a wealth of information that enhances profitability.
Not only is the data in the tool actionable, but it's also easy to navigate. By having all this advanced data in one place, sports bettors will make better bets while saving time.

Key Features of PropFinder
PropFinder not only brings more advanced data to the table than other player prop research tools, but it also has a proprietary grading system to rank player prop bets. These features make PropFinder one of the best player prop betting tools in the industry.
Player Prop Research
With a name like PropFinder, it's expected that the tool would focus on player prop research. PropFinder excels in this area. Instead of relying on surface-level insights, users are presented with advanced statistics that are more actionable than basic statistics. The breadth of statistics offered on PropFinder is excellent, and it becomes even more impressive when you add the customization and filters that the tool also provides.
PropFinder supports various markets, which also makes the tool stand out. Users can view odds in multiple markets, and PropsFinder provides actionable data to support these markets. It's genuinely one of the more impressive and useful player prop betting tools.
Player Prop Filters
Let's take PropFinder's MLB offering as an example. Other betting tools will allow you to filter by splits like home and away or day and night. PropFinder has these filters, but they take it a step further. Not all MLB pitchers throw the same pitches. PropFinder allows you to filter player data based on the opposing pitcher's pitch mix. Additionally, they display advanced data, making it easy for users to find the best bets.
Visual Betting Cues
PropFinder's hit rate charts may not look as clean as those of other tools, but they compensate by allowing users to identify good spots with visual cues in different areas. With a color-coded system that enables users to identify a player's strengths and weaknesses quickly, they can make informed decisions supported by data.
Player Prop Projections
PropFinder not only provides you with data, but it also offers projections. While these projections are not tracked at the lines bet, which is a bit of a con, they do maintain a track record of all their projections, which is more than other tools can claim. Projections are also updated throughout the day as new information becomes available, making it a valuable resource within the tool.
Proprietary Rating System
As if they could not make finding good bets easy enough, PropFinder also has a rating system for player prop bets. This rating system is based on a variety of factors and is given a score out of 100. For example, a baseball player's PF rating is determined not only by the hitter's recent success, but also by how the opposing pitcher performs against the side of the player the batter is on. Additionally, the players are graded on how they do against the pitchers' pitch mix, which gives even more depth to this feature.
Player Prop Cheatsheets
PropFinder enables users to make their own betting decisions and conduct their own research, while also providing ways to simplify the process for them. If a user wants to see a general overview of the game and lineups without filtering, PropsFinder has that available.
These cheat sheets extend across a variety of different statistics. For example, PropFinder MLB has a cheatsheet for most HRs allowed, most extra base hits allowed, hit streaks, BvP data, and more. They also have a weather feature that displays the weather at every stadium in a single, clear view.
PropFinder provides all the data for prop bettors to draw their own conclusions through filters, while also offering users who prefer guidance with actionable, easy-to-interpret data to inform their betting decisions.
PropFinder Pricing & Discount Code
PropFinder can be found on its website. They do not have a mobile app just yet. PropFinder has a free tier, but, as you'd expect, it's limited.
As for paid tiers, PropFinder has a monthly and an annual subscription:
$14.99/month
$149.99/year
It's cheaper than other player prop tools, and you can get an additional discount.

Why PropFinder Stands Out
PropFinder stands out for several reasons. Instead of simply copying the playbook that other player prop tools have established, PropFinder has struck a balance by providing less-sophisticated users with what they want while also offering more advanced users more than enough value, all at a low price point. Add that all up, and it's truly as impressive a player prop tool as there is.
Actionable Betting Statistics
It's well known that basic statistics, such as earned run average, points per game, and hit rate, are not indicative of overall performance in sports. So, instead of pretending like these same stats would help you in prop betting, PropFinder focuses on the stats that do matter. The tool's ability to present more advanced data in an easy-to-understand way is impressive, and it's what helps the tool stand out.
Pros
Cons
Advanced Betting Filters
We touched on this earlier, but considering its importance, it's worth mentioning again. Instead of relying on filters for data that is not as important, PropFinder focuses on allowing users to filter through actionable data, such as pitch mix. Add on that every player is also rated based on a combination of essential factors, and they make it easy to find good player prop bets.
Constantly Updating Functionality
While all betting tools are constantly updating their offerings, PropFinder emphasizes user feedback, and the speed at which it implements feedback is impressive. PropFinder has an active Discord community, and the team is constantly engaging with users, taking feedback, and making changes based on said feedback. All in all, not only is the tool impressive as is, but their community is excellent, and they strive to improve daily.

PropFinder's Top Props of the Week
PropFinder pairs advanced data and projections to help its users find value. Every week, I look at PropFinder's top player prop picks and bet them, since they have value backed by PropFinder's data. PropFinder has integrations with various sportsbooks, making it easy to find and place bets with the best odds before they move.
PropFinders Top Prop Finds (NFL Week 14)
Using PropFinder's data and projections, I always look for the best player prop to bet on. For the NFL Week 14, the best player props that I found using Prop Finder's proprietary rating system and their data are:
Chase Brown, RB, Bengals, O 10.5 1Q Rush Yards, -121, DraftKings
James Cook, RB, Bills, O 12.5 Rec Yards, -114, FanDuel
Brian Thomas Jr., WR, Jaguars, O 20.5 Longest Reception, -115, DraftKings

Recommended Sportsbooks for PropFinder
To maximize your subscription to PropFinder, you need to have as many sportsbook accounts as possible. PropFinder has odds from many different sportsbooks and exchanges, making it one of the best player prop research tools. If you want to take advantage of your subscription, we recommend having accounts with at least three of these betting platforms.
Novig: One of the best places to bet on player props, Novig is a peer-to-peer betting exchange that often has the best odds. PropFinder has Novig odds on the tool. Read our Novig review.
ProphetX: Another peer-to-peer betting exchange, ProphetX is must use to maximize your PropFinder subscription. Read our ProphetX review.
BetMGM: It often offers the best available odds on player props, making it a must-use sportsbook for maximizing profits with PropFinder.
Where PropFinder Can Improve
PropFinder is impressive, but there are steps it can and should take to solidify its position as the go-to platform for player prop research. It's already on its way, and by adding to its existing features and refining the UI slightly, PropFinder will continue to be elite.
UI Updates
The UI is not bad by any means, but the site could look cleaner. There is a wealth of information presented, and some of it looks great; however, some of the hit rate charts are not as visually appealing as those in other player prop research tools. That said, this is a minor point, and overall, the site looks great, with information that is easy to understand and find value in, which is more important.
Tracking Projections
The fact that PropFinder even tracks the winning percentage of its projections is a significant advantage, considering that other sports betting tools with projections may not track their own predictions at all. However, if they want to truly do right by their users, as well as cater to a more sophisticated audience, tracking the average line of the bet and the return on investment in their projections would be a game-changer. Winning percentage does not mean much if you are not exceeding the break-even win rate, so adding this to their tracking would vastly improve this offering.

Highlights
Actionable data for a variety of bettors
Easy to use
Tool tutorials & a welcoming Discord community
Drawbacks
UI could use a little bit of work
Tracking projections more thoroughly
Not optimized for mobile bettors
